By using Prompt Firewall, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Prompt Firewall provides an API that screens user-submitted text prompts for potential injection attacks and security threats. We provide the service as described on our pricing page, subject to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your key publicly or commit it to public code repositories. You are responsible for all usage under your key.

Each plan includes a monthly request limit as shown on the pricing page. Requests over the limit will be rate-limited. We will notify you by email before you reach your limit.

5. Uptime and Reliability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

6. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prompt Firewall is a security aid, not a guarantee. We are not liable for any prompt injection attacks that bypass the firewall, or for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes.
