We want you to be happy with Prompt Firewall. Here is our refund policy, kept simple and fair.
If you are not satisfied with Prompt Firewall for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again after the current period ends.
We will always issue a refund if:
Email us at hello@promptfirewall.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process all refunds within 5 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle billing portal. After cancellation your API key remains active until the end of the current billing period.
